1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Conduit Bending ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Conduit Bending is a mobile application that provides conduit bending calculations for electricians, including offset bends, saddle bends, stub-ups, and other bend types for EMT, IMC, and Rigid conduit. The App is published by xNeat (Sarah Ragab).

3. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Conduit bending calculations should always be verified independently. The App is a tool to assist with calculations but is not a substitute for professional judgment. We are not responsible for errors in conduit bending that result from reliance on App calculations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xNeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and content are owned by xNeat. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
